  • The registration fee discount applies to full members who have paid annual membership fee and approved by the KoNTRS Steering Committee. The KoNTRS membership is available on the KoNTRS website below, and approval takes about a month after the annual membership fee is paid.
  • You can check your full membership status at “My Page > Payment Status (우측 상단 마이페이지 > 납부현황)” after logging in to the KoNTRS Website. In order to receive the registration fee discount, your personal information must be updated. Discount will be applied from the day after updating your personal information.

Definition of Student

  • A student must be enrolled in education up to Ph.D. level and have a valid student card. If you register as a student, please bring your student card when you pick up your name tag. You could not apply for student registration without evidence you are a student.

  • Once you complete the registration form, you can check NANO KOREA 2024 account information.

  • The sender’s name MUST BE Registration number(4-digits) or registrant’s name.
  • All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrant.
  • We are not responsible for the inability to verify registrant information due to mismatch in the sender name format. Please be sure to read the remittance name form provided before sending the money.

After remittance, please be sure to send an email to the secretariat ( along with the deposit receipt (date, remitter's name, amount) and your 4-digit registration number.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Please notify NANO KOREA 2024 secretariat in writing to to request a refund and cancel your registration.
  • All bank service charges are to be paid by the registrant.
  • Refunds will be made after the symposium and the registration fees are refundable as specified below.
