The full member of KoNTRS can register with special rates.

The registration fee discount applies to full members who have paid annual membership fee and approved by the KoNTRS Steering Committee. The KoNTRS full membership is available on the KoNTRS website below, and approval takes about a month after the annual membership fee is paid.
You can check your full membership status and update your personal information at “My Page > Edit Information” on the KoNTRS website. In order to receive the registration fee discount, your personal information must be updated. Discount will be applied from the day after updating your personal information.

A student must be enrolled in education up to Ph.D. level and have a valid student card. If you register as a student, please bring your student card when you pick up your name tag. You could not apply for student registration without evidence you are a student.

Korea Nanotechnology Research Society (KoNTRS), the organizer of Nano Korea Symposium, is a non-profit society which does not issue a tax invoice. If you need a proof of your attendance, you can print the ‘Registration Receipt’ from ‘My Page’ after completing your payment.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
‘Cancellation of Registration’ should be sent in writing to the Secretariat(symposium@kontrs.or.kr).
Registration fees will be refunded according to the following policy.
All approval refunds will be issued after the symposium.
