Presentation Guideline

We would like to express our appreciation for your contributions to NANO KOREA 2022. Please kindly find the presentation instructions and other detailed information for your talk.

POSTER PRESENTATION 1. Presentation Method
  • All Poster presenters must submit their poster files through online upload system in advance.
  • Presenters are required to be onsite to display their hard copied posters on the assigned boards.
  • Poster sessions and Q&A are available on-demand on the online platform during the symposium.
2. Presentation Materials

On-line & Off-line 1) Posters must be created by using the official template.

Presentation File Ratio: A0 size

File Format: PDF (No larger than 10 MB)

Each Poster should include the abstract title, authors, affiliation.

2) Presenter should upload the presentation file directly through the 'Presentation File Upload' button below.

3) Q&A for Posters will be conducted through the Q&A board in the online platform.
3. Additional Information for the Off-line Poster Session
  • All award candidate posters will be printed out and displayed by the secretariat. Thus all award-applied presenters shall submit their poster files in advance.
  • Onsite poster presenters are required to bring their hard copied posters in advance, and post them on the assigned boards during the displaying time.

    ** Please be noted that the venue does not provide printing facility for posters.

  • Location: Exhibition Hall 4,5 Layout
  • Poster Panel Size: 1 m in width and 2.5 m in height.
  • Please display your posters on the board matched to your paper number.
  • Please remove your poster according to the dismantling time. All remaining posters will be discarded without permission.
  • The materials for displaying such as scissors, scotch tapes, and thumb tacks will be provided in the hall.
4. Best Poster Award
  • All poster presenters are eligible to apply the Best Poster Award. If you would like to apply to the "Best Poster Award", please fill out the application form through the following link: https://forms.gle/s3YHJzGMvP9mfiTj9
  • The candidate posters will be selected only among those applied ones, there will be a final review at the site during the symposium, so make sure that all candidate posters need to be presented onsite. (In-person Participation Required)
