Introduction
Along with Moore's Law, the silicon industry has developed rapidly over the century. However, further physical channel length scaling nearly reaches the fundamental quantum limit. Nanotechnologies have contributed to both further scale down of the conventional silicon devices and emergence of the unprecedented novel devices. In the session, various advances in nano materials, structures, and devices for electronic applications will be discussed with a focus on their intrinsic properties, operating principles, and implications to advanced silicon technologies and emerging devices. The presentations of the state-of-the-art technologies in nanoelectronics, such as neuromorphics, quantum computing, spintronics, twistronics, and exciton device will provide an overview and vision for "Nanoelectronics beyond Moore's law".
